I have been here a few times, and each time it was delicious, and now I am writing a review. I had the cheesesteak, and my girlfriend had the Italian. We were both very satisfied with our meals, and since it was her first time there, she was excited to come back and try more of the menu. The cheesesteak was a great one, and most certainly one of the best in Winston-Salem, we will be back, and we will be trying more of the menu!

Went here to get a chicken parm because I have heard good things in the past but I will not be returning. Firstly it was about 30 minutes before closing and no one was being allowed to sit and eat. I was ok with this because I was getting to go but this was red flag number one. The sandwich was expensive but I don't mind paying for GOOD food. It was huge chuncks of boiled chicken in a marinara sauce with cheese on top. It was nothing like we expected and was not good at all. Not a fried filet like it should be. I split half with my fiancΓ© and we had half left. I called several days to speak to a manager and was always told they were in a meeting. Furthermore Jennifer told us we had to bring the WHOLE sandwich back for a refund. How do you know if you like something of you don't try it. We had half to bring back but essentially they were not interested in taking accountability for their failure. If you patron this place make sure you check out before you leave because of your like is you don't have money to waste on bad food. Terrible experience and even worse customer service.

First time eating here got the philly cheesesteak with grilled onions it was delicious. American cheese was used which is a plus for me. I ordered and picked up in store friendly staff and was in and out quickly. Will be returning soon for another philly.

Honestly ive had better onion rings at cookout its overly breaddy overly sweet batter and lack of all seasoning is such a let down. On top of that i despise pickles and had no idea they couldn't be bothered to separate the pickle slice that i guess comes included with the food, apparently wrapping it with the sandwich so that pickle slime soaks the bread is just the way they pack it on to go orders. My veggie sub was 95% lettuce, 3% canned mushrooms unseasoned just heated, and the "veggies" were diced so small it is being kind to say 2% What a disappointing disgusting meal. My husband got a gyro, he said everything is just disgusting and bad. Sucks i have to cook and i wasted my money. First time customer, last time customer. The cashier was friendly, the place was comfortable and looked clean.....but quality is better at just about everywhere else.

Wow!! This is my second time here… if memory serves me correct I got the spicy chicken sandwhich last time and it was okay. Today I got the philly cheesesteak and I was really surprised at how thoroughly I enjoyed it. It was seasoned very well, and was complimented by the cheese. The atmosphere has a vintage feel with booths and tables to accommodate many group sizes. We came in today with 10 people and it worked perfectly. The service is GREAT; they are all very kind and the food came very quickly. It’s worth mentioning, I loved the ranch! I quite literally finished the entire cup of ranch, and my entire plate. This won’t be the last time yall see me.
